The Oktoberfest season in Cincinnati starts in late August and lasts until early October, but this year the event lasts until Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and starts at 5 p.m. and lasts until the end of the Christmas season, and ends on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. Costumed museum staff will lead a costume procession around the fountain and host a monster mash dance party at 3 p.m. The BOO - Museum on Saturday offers live music, food trucks, live entertainment and more.

Kings Island is moving the family holiday - friendly tricks and treats - to 2021, moving it from 2021 to 2021. On the second Saturday in October, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Royal Island will host an autumn festival with "tricks and treats" in the park.
