I am now a parent but I graduated from Mercy many years ago. I believe I recieved an excellent education. However for those students who don't plan to go on to college then Mercy isn't the school for you. At least when I was there they didn't offer much vocational training.

The rigorous AP track and excellent teachers make an outstanding school that is worth every cent of the tuition. Students are taught leadership, morals, and values in addition to the rich knowledge. I am certain I could not have had a better high school experience anywhere in the world.

Mercy has been a great experience for me and I really could not have imagined going anywhere else. Mercy excels in academics and athletics. As someone said before, not all of the teachers are Catholic, but I did not see this as a disadvantage, but rather a great opportunity to learn and grow from people from different backgrounds. Discipline is always taken at Mercy if rules are broken and the students really learn from their mistakes. Mercy has given me so much. It is a great school to prepare for college. Mercy does not only excel academically and athletically. The environment at Mercy is what is really excellent. It is a support system, where there is always support from fellow students, teachers, and the facility. It has a great learning atmosphere. Students really do feel like Mercy is a second home. I know I did.

Good academic education. Not all teachers are Catholic nor do they teach or promote Catholic Values. No Discipline or consequences for actions or for rules that are broken.

I am a 2003 Graduate. I took a year off in between high school and college. Now that I am here, I can really see the difference my education from Mercy has made. Not only is there a difference in my educational experience but in life. From Mercy I gained such a great sense of responsibility. My mom went there for three years, my older sister graduated in the 90's and now my youngest sister is attending there as well. I go back often to visit and thank the teachers for such a great education and for really caring!

This is a great school, I went there and now my daughter is! This is her 1st year and already she likes all her teachers, principal, and she's made new friends! She gets a good education & I know she's safe! She also has commented on how she likes not being around the boys after being around them everyday in grade school...it gets her more self-confidence! 'Everyone is like one big family & you just walk down the halls and say hi to each other!,' in the words of my daughter.
