“Having had 3 children at Nagel so far, It's been my experience that the kids who excelled above and beyond in elementary school do well at Nagel. However, those who do average work in elementary school seem to struggle. Your particular experience at Nagel also depends on the team your child is on. I have had good experiences, and I have had not so good experiences. I think with the present principal, things are getting a bit better, though. She seems to truly care about the kids. I hate to be negative, but the majority of parents I have talked to are less than thrilled with the school. The saying among many of us is 'If you can make it through Nagel Middle School, then high school is a breeze.' All in all, the school is okay, but there's definitely room for growth.”

“This school is amazing. My son has gone to Mercer and came here to Nagel. My son is always eager to go to school. He made several new friends in a short time with the help of exellent teaching, discipline, and entertainment of this school. The teachers are comfortable to students. They have a great principal.This school has several exellent sport activities or any after school activity. Nagel is filled with fun and great education for students. This school is improving more and more every year. As my opinion Nagel has better school quality in education, facility, entertainment than other exellent rated schools like Sycamore, Indian Hill, and Wyoming School Districts, and it really should be. We were thinking about moving to Sycamore School District but we decided to stay and we were lucky and made a great choice.”
