Westside Grill: Eat in or carry out
Two hands, a stack of napkins, and a big appetite are needed to successfully devour the Westside Grill’s Deluxe Cheeseburger Pretzel Sandwich. Take a bite, and enjoy the fresh bun -- soft inside, with a lightly salty pretzel crust, along with the juicy burger, melted cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato, onions, and mayonnaise.
Located at the top of hill, a neighbor to a sweeper shop and small store, the Westside Grill can be tough to spot, and ugly to enter and exit the parking lot. But walk inside and it’s pretty. Clean white walls, floral accents and contemporary pendant lighting welcome visitors. Seat yourself, and take a look at the bright yellow laminated menu that never leaves the table.
Breakfast is served all day and is considered especially good at the Westside Grill. Choose from biscuits and gravy, pancakes and waffles, or one of 10 varieties of omelets, including all the traditional combinations, along with a Spanish Omelet and a Greek Gyro Omelet.
The dinner menu includes daily specials, with fish logs on Friday nights, and value prices on everything, with the $8.95 Ribeye steak dinner with choice of two sides, the most expensive meal served.
