Brothers Bar and Grill
Under an umbrella on the patio of Brothers Bar and Grill just might be one of the best outdoor places in the area to enjoy lunch, dinner, or drinks. The views of downtown Cincinnati and the Ohio River are spectacular. And, Brothers’ patio provides the perfect vantage point to watch people, as they stroll along the walkways of Newport on the Levee; cars, as they cross the surrounding bridges; and boats, as they speed down the river. And of course, the food’s great too.
Brothers Bar and Grill offers a wide variety of burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and appetizers perfect for the patio. The menu shows its Wisconsin roots with selections like Beer Cheese Soup topped with pretzel croutons, and Beer Battered Cheese Curds, fried crisp on the outside and gooey inside, and served with peppercorn ranch and marinara sauce.
If you prefer to dine indoors there‘s plenty of spacious comfortable seating, along with a large game area with multiple pool tables, and a full service bar. And it’s no ordinary bar. Nightclub and Bar Magazine once named Brothers Bar and Grill one of "America's Best." The honor may have stemmed from the bar’s nightly entertainment and varied drink specials.
During the day and early evening, Brothers welcomes diners of all ages, and is a fun place for families to relax during their visit to the Newport Aquarium or other attractions at Newport on the Levee. However, after 9PM, the bar restricts entry to patrons age 21 and older.
