First of all having been to, I swear!, every salon in the greater Cincinnati area, I have to say without a shadow of a doubt that Collins & Co. (Fields-Ertel) is hands down the BEST salon I have ever been to! The girls at the reception desk are what make you really feel at home. Most of them know the clients by first name, husbands name, kids names and grandkids name! They take a genuine interest in their friends that walk in the door! The stylists are amazing! Besides the impeccable hair cuts and colors that I receive, the team work just blows me away! There have been occasions that my stylist has not been able to make it in or has been on vacation and the other sylists acutually take pleasure in doing my hair! I have never been made to feel like a traitor...their main concern is making sure each and every client is well taken care of.
