Lynne Carroll's Yoga Studio is connected with the Nishime Family Karate. We offer yoga, kickboxing and karate for all.The practice of yoga can have a variety of benefits. It can reduce stress, tone the body, increase your energy and reduce depression and anxiety. We believe that yoga can fit the needs of anyone who wishes to try it. You can have any kind of body type, be any age, be fit or unfit, have injuries, be flexible, or, for that matter, feel mostly inflexible. All bodies are different, and yoga is as much about getting stronger as it is about becoming more flexible.

The yoga class I take at Lynne Carroll's yoga studio is what I look forward to every week. It is so relaxing and de-stressing. When I leave every tight muscle and nerve is relaxed and I feel totally calm. I sleep so well after class. Lynne is so good even with beginners, like me, to encourage and teach you how to get the most benefit from her class. If you cannot quite do the pose, she always has an alternative you can do. She is warm and welcoming to all students new or regulars. She makes you feel comfortable from the start. It is great to have this class on the west side of town.

Stop thinking about it and try yoga at Lynne Carroll's studio. It's on the west side of town and it's a very comfortable atmosphere - not intimidating. Lynne caters to your level of fitness, whatever that may be. I've been going there twice a week for about 6 months and feel great. Great stress buster. And Lynne makes it fun. (If you're looking for a mother-daughter activity Lynne has a class for that too!) Check it out!!
