Copyright SHELLEY JONES 2006 Background Knowing that floral photography is of abundance, I try to make some works unique, as in the BLUE SERIES. Traditional color or traditional black and white are in my portfolio as well. Photography has become one of my favorite mediums. Paintings: The whole process began for my child’s entertainment. I would draw princesses, animals, castles, and basically whatever else was asked of me. I broaden that horizon by buying a few brushes and paints. After which photography became a passion.      I am mainly a self-taught Kentucky artist with mediums including acrylic, oil, watercolor, photography, computer generated art, and encaustic wax art.
